A rebuilt marketing site and quote-request funnel that turned an ignored contact form into a real lead source.
01 Overview
Harborline's old site was a static brochure with a contact form nobody used. We rebuilt it around a structured, multi-step quote request flow and case-study driven content, so the site could actually generate sales conversations instead of just existing.
02 The Challenge
The existing site generated fewer than five quote requests a month despite meaningful organic traffic — the form was long, generic, and buried three clicks deep.
03 The Solution
We redesigned the information architecture around service routes and industries served, added a short multi-step quote form with progress indication, and rebuilt the site for Core Web Vitals compliance.
